FARS CHASB shoe manufacturing adhesive is an amber color liquid synthetic resins and solvent and is universal solvent born contact adhesive.
It is a multipurpose, water, oil, tension and impact resistance adhesive. Bonds plastic panel boards (such as Formica®), veneer, hardboard, plastic edgings, rubber, leather, linoleum, cork, textile or polyether foam to themselves as well as to wood, chipboard, concrete and metal. Excellent for bonding stair edgings, stair carpets, furniture tips or felt patches. Also for repairing e.g. shoes ,bags, toys and carpets or (hobby) handicraft work. Bonds immediately, Super strong, Suitable for materials under tension, Universal, Liquid·- Moisture- and frost-proof, Easy to apply, Oil and environmental resistance
How to use:
Surfaces should be dry and free from grease and dust. Parts should fit closely together for optimal result .Apply adhesive only at temperatures between 8ºC and 25ºC. Max. Relative humidity: 65%. To avoid blistering due to condensation ,temperature of adhesive and materials to be bonded must be at least equal to ambient temperature, preferably between 8ºC and 25ºC. Never expose glued in surfaces to draught.
Spread a film of adhesive on cleaned surfaces by a brush or a knife shape apparatus and allow dry immediately for about 10 -15 minutes then adhering surfaces together and pressing it.
Storage:
Keep adhesive at 8 to 30 degree centigrade in a good ventilated place and avoid direct sun light. Keep container tightly after use. At good storage condition shelf life is 1 year.
