FARS CHASB black grade special PU adhesive is a colorless liquid which manufactured with resins and organic solvents.
This is a Polyol polyester type with good resistance to yellowing with high crystallization rate which it’s tack time is 5-10 minute at 25 degree centigrade and its initial strength after 5 minute is 10 -16 Kg/cm3 and its heat resistance at 70 degree centigrade is 5-10Kg/cm3. It has high green strength at low activation temperature, easy heat activated, have good heat resistance and high final bonding strength is a water, oil, tension and impact resistance adhesive.
Bonds TPU, Nylon, PVC, Leather, synthetic leather, Poly ester, fabrics and used in shoes, textile, cellulose and other industries.
How to use
A) Surface preparation:
Preliminary surface treatment: Materials to be bonded should be dry and
Free from grease and dust. Parts should fit closely together. For optimal result
Degrease with Thinner for FARS CHASB Kit
B) Applying:
Working conditions: Apply only at temperatures between 5ºC and 25ºC. Max. Relative humidity: 65%. To avoid blistering due to condensation ,
Temperature of adhesive and materials to be bonded must be at least equal to ambient temperature, preferably between 8ºC and 20ºC.
There are two methods for applying adhesive first you can brush each two side two times with time intervals then press together.
Another method is to apply adhesive each two side then dried it and heat to activation temperature which is 55-65 degree centigrade and after activation press together.
Storage:
Keep container at a cool and dry with good ventilation place and avoid direct sun light, spark and flame.
Keep from rich children and keep container tightly after use.
With good storage condition shelf life is 12 month
