FAFIX white paste adhesive is a water base adhesive based on water base resin and polymers.
It is odorless, free from organic solvents, without any fire an explosion hazard and environment friendly.
It is suitable for all type of tiles and flooring elements such as PVC tile, vinyl tile, neoprene tile, moquette, stone, ceramic and so on at surfaces such as cement surfaces, ceramic, gypsum, glass and many polymeric surfaces at industrial, gym, general and domestic buildings without any fire, explosion or respiratory hazard.
How to use:
1-Surface preparation
Surfaces must be clean, leveled, without any greases and germs. For leveling can use usual building material such as cement.
Adhesive is naturally gap filling but for crevice and hole surfaces caused increasing on adhesive consumption.
For surfaces with high porosity and water absorption first use a primer from diluted adhesive.
2-Environment conditions:
Environment temperature must be at least 18 degree centigrade and for cold conditions warm up environment before using adhesive. Best temperature is 18-30 degree centigrade.
3-Gluing surfaces:
Before using adhesive mix all container and apply adhesive on surfaces by a v notch knife depends on surrounding conditions after 5-20 minutes adheres tiles and wait for at least 24 hr. for good adhesion. Curing will be completed after 72hr.
For water absorber tiles dilute adhesive by water.
Suitable v notch knife is 1.5 mm depth and 5 mm in length.
Storage:
Keep container tightly at 5-30 degree centigrade and keep from direct sun light, children and freezing.
Storage life is 12 month.
How to clean
Use wet clothes for cleaning fresh adhesive. Use ethanol for cleaning after 24 hr.
